Famous writer Gilber Fitz is in a slump. His sales are down, his inspiration tapped. In a last ditch attempt to boost sales his agent decides he needs to go on a promotional tour. The thing is, he writes under pseudonym Jennifer Whett. No problem, his agent hires an "actress" to be Ms. Whett on tour.
