Shipping
Your order will arrive in an unmarked plain box with a return address of MISK Limited Inc.. Nobody will know what is inside except you.

Shipping options are:
U.S Expedited 3-7+ days est to most locations.
Outside U.S Expedited - 7-10+ days est. depending on location.
Insurance is always recommended. Orders are shipped on Wendesdays and Fridays.

Insurance is available which covers shipping damages or lost packages. Insurance is highly recommended since again we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. This does not cover packages shipped to wrong addresses provided by customers. If an order is shipped to an address that was provided incorrectly, it is the customer's responsibility to cover re-shipping charges.

Returns
We will replace any defective item within 15 days from date of purchase. If item is damaged simply return it and we will exchange it for the same item. Do to fraud, all orders can only be returned for same item if damaged, no exceptions.
